In the first part of “Awaye Fartak,” we intend to explore the impact of using acidifiers, or organic acids, on the digestive health of industrial poultry. As implied by their name, these substances possess acidic properties, albeit in a mild form. These organic compounds contain a carboxyl functional group, which is naturally found in the environment and the bodies of living organisms. One of their roles is to contribute to the gastrointestinal health of birds.
