What is A-Bind?
One of the most important goals of pelleting feed for livestock, poultry, and aquatic animals is to reduce feed loss and waste during transportation, storage, and consumption. Additionally, ensuring uniform and consistent feeding and preventing selective consumption are among the main objectives of the pelleting process. However, achieving these goals requires that the physical structure of the pellets be maintained until they are consumed. Significant feed abrasion occurs during packaging, loading, unloading, movement through feed transfer lines to feeders, or entry into the feeder mixer and consumption by birds or livestock.
The key to success in overcoming these challenges is to increase pellet durability by using an appropriate pellet binder.

The disadvantages of mineral pellet binders like bentonite, commonly used in the livestock and poultry feed industry, include increased wear and tear, energy consumption, and clogging of die pores. Extensive research conducted by the research and development department of Sepehrmakian Fartak Feed Additives assures us that we offer a high-quality and effective product to livestock, poultry, and aquatic feed producers.
In a study aimed at examining the addition of A-bind to the pelleted feed of laying hens and assessing the physical characteristics of the produced pellets, it was observed that the addition of Fartak Pellet Binder (A-bind) increased the Pellet Durability Index (PDI) and the hardness of the produced pellets.
This resulted in increased feed consumption, reduced separation of feed components, improved uniformity, and better production performance in birds consuming the A-bind-containing diet.
In another study, conducted in collaboration with Isfahan University of Technology on the effect of mesh size, added moisture, fat content, and the use of A-bind in the feed formulation of a feed mill, it was observed that Fartak Pellet Binder (A-bind) had the greatest impact on the PDI index. For every 2 kilograms of A-bind added to the initial formulation, the PDI index increased by approximately 4 units.

پلت بایندر فرتاک - افزودنی های خوراک دام و طیور
از جمله مهمترین اهداف پلت کردن خوراک دام،طیور و آبزیان کاهش افت و هدررفت خوراک در هنگام حمل و نقل، انبارداری و مصرف است. همچنین تغذیه یکنواخت و یکسان جیره و جلوگیری از مصرف انتخابی از جمله مهمترین اهداف فرایند پلت کردن است. اما رسیدن به آنچه که گفته شد مستلزم آن است که ساختار فیزیکی پلت تا زمان مصرف حفظ گردد. سایش خوراک به میزان قابل توجهی در هنگام بسته بندی، بارگیری، تخلیه، حرکت در خطوط انتقال خوراک به دانخوری و یا ورود به فیدرمیکسر و مصرف توسط پرنده یا دام اتفاق می افتد.

در تحقیقی که با هدف بررسی افزودن ای-بایند به خوراک پلت مرغ های تخم گذار و بررسی شاخصه های فیزیکی پلت تولیدی انجام شده، مشاهده گردید که افزودن پلت بایندر فرتاک (A-bind) موجب افزایش شاخص قوام پلت (PDI) و سختی (Hardness) محصول پلت تولیدی می شود.
افزایش مصرف خوراک، کاهش جداسازی اجزای خوراک، افزایش یکنواختی و عملکرد تولیدی پرنده هایی که جیره حاوی ای-بایند را مصرف می کنند.
در پژوهشی دیگر که با همکاری دانشگاه صنعتی اصفهان درباره ی اثر سطوح سایز مش آسیاب، رطوبت افزوده شده، میزان چربی ها و استفاده از محصول ای-بایند در فرمولاسیون جیره تولیدی یک کارخانه ی خوراک دام انجام شد، مشاهده گردید که سطح پلت بایندر فرتاک (A-bind) ، بیشترین تاثیر را بر شاخص PDI داشته است. به طوری که به ازای افزودن هر 2 کیلوگرم از ای-بایند به فرمول اولیه، این شاخص حدود 4 واحد افزایش نشان داد.
توصیه مصرف:
خوراک طیور: 1 تا 2 کیلوگرم در تن خوراک
خوراک دام: 2 تا 4 کیلوگرم در تن خوراک
خوراک آبزیان 5 تا 6 کیلوگرم در تن خوراک
